Beyond the Badge: Uncovering the Hidden Metrics

Project Velocity & AI Integration: We began measuring the time it took for project teams to integrate AI tools and techniques into their workflows after completing the training. This "project velocity" became a crucial indicator of real-world application. Previously, projects that mentioned "AI" were considered successes. Now, we tracked the percentage of projects where AI was meaningfully used to improve efficiency, reduce costs, or unlock new capabilities.
